As everyone is aware, when a video is queued, the "queued" date is displayed, and when it is published, that is changed to the "published" date. A slight change has been made to add some additional date information to the hover text (the pop-up info when you place your mouse over) of the "queued by" and "published by" label.

If a video is currently unsifted, the "queued by" label will have hover text showing when the video was originally/initially posted. If a video is sifted, the "published by" label will have hover text showing when the video was last queued.
