The information below is being presented here after I (the dismissed employee) decided not to bring a breach of employment contract claim in the County Court against a major SUPERMARKET in the United Kingdom following the legal advice that I received. My decision was largely due to being unable to show that I suffered financial damages due to SUPERMARKET alleged failure to follow the disciplinary procedure in their handbook.
