There seems to be a bug with the *dupeof command. When transferring the votes from one vid to another, the submitter of the dupe loses twice as many votes as those transferred.

For example: User A has 1000 total votes and then submits a dupe that gets 100 votes before someone invokes *dupeof. That user will then have 900 total votes.

I've noticed this several times now and while it doesn't really bother me it's a bug that should probably be sorted out.
