I was in high shcool during the height of the Drug War...the reorganization of cartels who are allowed to survive for the traffikers in our Govt, it was very painfull to watch...Routine stops by local PD, had them taking everyone out of the car suspect, (anyone under 20, with hair lookin' eighties), and searching for yer drugs...papers, pipe...yer in jail...
Nowadays, hell, pot'll get ya a slap, you can cultivate in anywhere USA, with out fear of arial survs, they don't spend money on that anymore.....the drug war was some real, good, cover and spin, politics as usual.......


my buddy just called me the other day from Sacromento, CA-he's got his medicinal mary jane identification card, and can get kind bud, and clones, if he wishes to cultivate, right there at the office....I did not see this happening, but halleleu-Jah, an passa dem bong!

The camera switching got annoying, but it was still hilarious.
