X-Men 2 - Magneto Escapes

After being captured at the end of X-Men 1, Magneto is being held in a facility devoid of any metal he could manipulate. At least, until allies smuggle some in for him to use . . .

My absolute favorite scene from any of the X-Men movies.

My favorite X-Men scene is any involving Rogue, but that's for other reasons!

This was a great scene, and I also liked the scene before this where Rebecca Romijn was in the bar and acting a bit crazed.

Yes this was a novel, true-to-canon and apropriately diabolical use of Magneto's mutant powers. This is one of my favourite moments in these movies, but my number one favourite is Wolverine's berzerker rage when the military unit storms Xavier's mansion. The biggest disappointment for me was never seeing Iceman do his ice-ramp trick.
