This is a demonstration of what a microsurgery manipulator can do these days. In this case, to a grape inside a glass bottle, with entry through the neck of the bottle. Quite impressive, really.

Not a robot; a very skilled human is manipulating the hand controls outside the bottle to make this all happen---but impressive nonetheless.

DaVinci robot systems have mechanisms that eliminate hand tremor, which would otherwise make this task much more difficult.
