buzzsays...It's what I keep saying. The numbers need to be culled!
Forget the War on Terror! The War on Stupidity will never be won...
chilaxesays...How can a voter be simultaneously so wrong about term limits but so right about the Bush administration?
CaptainPlanet420says...What can you say, when a guy does a great job as President, people want to keep him in power...
dannym3141says...What's a maroon? Thought it was a colour
ElJardinerosays...After Maroon 5 became popular it's my understanding that 'Maroon' became legit as a insult.
Mixastersays...You can blame Bugs Bunny for 'maroon'.

Hmm, I think he's a prime example of the kind of person that would be wanting to keep Bush around. Now he should hurry back to his high power job in produce, I'm sure they're missing his oranges out on the turnpike offramp.

It never ceases to amaze me when people say this. Regardless of political affiliation that after the last 8 years, anyone that can maintain such a delusional view of the Bush administration really should seek psychiatric treatment.
Hive13says...HollywoodBob, I think that sarcasm is lost on you.
CamWsays...to be fair one of the great challenges of the internet is separating the sarcastic from the moronic. The moronic have such a great advantage in numbers it is often safer to just assume someone is a moron.
HoRnOsays...I love how dumb people try and sound smart when you put a camera in their face
BillOreillysays...Bush has done a way better job than Al "Internet" Gore or John "Ketchup Company" Kerry would have done, thanks to him we've had a safe 7 years since 9/11, which was mostly Clinton's fault...

Oh yeah, I forgot how we used to live under the constant fear of terrorist attacks, them happening every few weeks and all. Oh Wait...
9/11 wasn't Clinton's fault, try getting your news from somewhere other than FOX.

You may as well put BillO on your ignore list now. He's only here to infuriate the unsuspecting.
Paybacksays...^ ^Yeah, for someone who's been signed up to the Sift for a week shy of a year, you'd think you would have clued in by now.
HollywoodBobsays...Thanks for the advice fellas but if I ignored every ignorant troll I'd have no fuel for the fires of my cynicism and I might just think the world is becoming a better place and we can't have that now can we!?

You have to treat him as a comedy plant. Quite a funny plant when you realize it.
chilaxesays...^Yes, but I am sometimes deeply offended by the stinging criticism represented in such gems as "John 'Ketchup Company' Kerry."
11714says...okay lemme sum this all up. Stupid people are funny as long as you dont have to deal with them. Also trolls are not clever. Do not feed the trolls!

Sure I'm optimistic about Obama, I was optimistic about Bush too. I'm alway optimistic about incoming presidents until they get in the job and prove they're fuck wits like your buddy Duh-bya did.
As for my political leanings truth be told, Obama is too conservative for my taste. But that doesn't mean that of the two guys that actually had chances to win that he wasn't closer to my ideals than that McCain and his ding bat sidekick. Fact of the matter is though, that I would have voted for Ron Paul had he had a chance. We needed someone like him who would have restructured the country and eliminated the waste in our government.
But when you get right down to it, come the end of Obama's term as President the only people that will be saying he did a lousy job will be the same rightwing dipshits who think Bush has just been doing a great job.
rottenseedsays...he coulda voted for Bush for a 3rd term...it'd be under the name "John McCain" though.
rosekatsays...>> ^stalingrad1942: for me funniest part is when maroon is saying "in my opinion"
I agree, it's comedic how often 'in my opinion' is used as a supplanter for 'I'm an idiot, without even the smarts to save face by not commenting on things I'm ignorant of.'
xxovercastxxsays...Videosift member dismayed at the levels of ignorance found in the voting population.
