Internet commenters put the torque somewhere between 5-6000 ft/lb at 2-3000 rpm. *wheels is implied, since they're planning on putting the engine in a Peterbilt 359.

For you impatient folks, engine start up is at 1:00 and the dyno pull is at 4:10.
