There is a such thing as Cosmic Top Secret. This is true. I used to have a Top Secret security clearance, believe it or not.

If this is true, our government, and our country for that matter, is basically an illusion.

i had a TS:SCI clearance as a programmer in the usaf.

we got a regular feed from the NRO, which we used to update mapping and command & control programs.

This is obviously wrong, as we know Dr. Krigstein's intangible command center was a full forty-two levels above presidential clearance.

I'm surprise. Apparently "Comsmic Top Secret" does exist. It's a NATO classification level. Since "Top Secret" is a United States level though, I'm not sure it makes sense to say NATO's "Cosmic Top Secret" is above "Top Secret".

I think there are other forms of life in the universe, but I don't know if it's possible that they've traveled all the way here just to see us, or even if they can do such a thing in the first place.

But then again, we could just be a rubber bouncy ball in some super-massive alien's game of Jacks.

So what the hell do I know? I'm not even cleared for interstellar, let alone cosmic.

I would assume that these classifications does not necessarily have a direct hierarchy, but can be in the same tier. Cosmic could be a specific area of intelligence and not directly linked to secret or top secret.

It's fairly obvious that top secret is a subset of secret that are even more secret, but it could easily be the secret levels are like our channels - need to know basis would suggest that.
