Tough guy attacks skater kid and bystander

This bully apparently had a problem with these kids skating through an un-fenced competition at a new skate park. Solution? Shoulder charge a kid off his board and then punch another guy in the neck.

This guy does seem to have some kind of agenda, but it's no excuse for the other guy attacking people, let alone kids.

Back in the 90s, skateboarding was illegal.

I would've called the cops and charged him with assault, he hit the guy in the throat with NO real provocation and used excessive force with the skater kids.
