Well considering the plane could take off in zero feet with gusts.. It appears they have a 80 mph headwind which means relative to the ground the plane is already going fast enough to stay airborne.

That plane could probably do it in about 35 mph gusts, not 80. It still does not the negate the skill involved to get the timing right and not accidentally stall the wing by pushing it just a couple angle of attack degrees too far.

This plane could take off rolling backwards with the right wind conditions. I should know, my job responsibility includes setting many of the laws and forces of nature.
