That's not a street car. Street cars have wheels. That's MAX, Portland's light rail. It runs on train tracks.

Cool thing about this video is that it was taken two blocks west of the 7th Ave MAX stop. See that big building at 0:44? That's the Liberty Center bldg. I work there. On liberty. Or something. ;-)
