No, It's the hand of someone who earns their living outdoors and with their hands. I find it very hard to smash my fingers and get scratches while typing reports, but during field season, I have some ugly digits too.

^It isn't as much that his hands are dirty and dry as it is that they are white and dead-looking. His skin looks abnormally translucent. I am very white and I have no problem with pale skin. It isn't a big deal, but his hands did strike me as a little odd when I watched the video.

Definitely a vampire. In fact, I think I will send this video to some vampire theorists I know.

I think it's filmed at night, with a very bright white light source, and is being affected by the video camera's auto colour balance.
His hand looks much more normal in the still photos in the link that xxovercastxx provided above.

This guy will be less happy when he realises he's found a mutant new species and his hand drops off next week.
