Stopped-engine acrobatics including pouring iced tea during barrel roll

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)

The ice-tea thing is very cool. So is it the centrifugal force that keeps the tea pouring straight?

Also, this is the guy you want to have onboard when the flight attendant comes on the intercom: "Please don't be alarmed, but does anyone here know how to fly a plane?"

During the entire roll, he's pulling back on the stick to "climb" the aircraft, pushing him down in his seat and his drink down on the control panel. Notice he doesn't neatly spin the aircraft on one point out the window, I think it's more like a corkscrew.

"I don't think I posess any skill that anybody else doesn't have."

Seems like all great tests pilots are this humble. Noted pilot Scott Crossfield said something similar:

"The opportunity to be a test pilot...is there for all--and probably within the grasp of most. In my mind, we should divest ourselves of this idea of special people (being) heroes, if you please, because really they do not exist."

Is it me or does this guy make you feel really comfortable flying with him? I think I could really take a great nap knowing he's at the helm.

Guys like him are hard to find these days...

So I tried to find this video on here and the tags do not reflect this video at all. How about tagging it "Bob Hoover, aerobatics, barrel roll, energy management, flying, stunt, gliding"
