I'm pretty shocked at not only the insightful questions being asked but also Stephen's absolute grasp of the subject that he doesn't even have to take a moment to mull a question over, but can give thorough (and not parroted) responses! Awesome Stephen Fry!

"Western" world, 22 years ago

It bothers me seeing this...I've never seen a politician speak anywhere close to this well informed or thoughtful or candid. Why can't we have people like Stephen Fry just somewhere in our media talking about important subjects. I think Jon Stewart is the closest thing we'll get to something like this when once every few years he's interviewed by someone marginally intelligent.

The first minute of this is the one of the most important things i have heard in a while.

Whenever I see Stephen Fry in situations like this, I can feel my IQ increasing with every word he says. He just radiates intelligence.
