Ever since the Janet Jackson incident, the halftime show's been getting a bit more conservative. Average age of musicians that played after the Jackson incident would round about 60 years of age.

first (and technically, only, unless you count Badfish) concert i ever went to: Bruce Springsteen sold out at Giants Stadium for "The Rising" tour. Best. Concert. Ever.

i thought this performance was kick-ass. it looked like so much fun.

Unfortunately like a lot of aging rockers Bruce just doesn't have the vocal range he used to, the highs and lows have just been reduced to lowish. Still better than some terrible pop group that's been put on the top of the charts by throngs of 13 year old girls.
