I, personally, don't think this is anything to be embarrassed about. I applaud anyone that doesn't know how to pronounce Regis Philmin and Kathy Repo.

I agree...I think it's more of a fail on Regal Phillip and Karmin Rippa'

I don't even think this is fair. They denied him cos he pronounced "ripa" as rie-pa instead of ripper? Doesn't it rather depend on where you're from, your accent? If a guy with a german or indian accent was on there, would they just never be allowed to win because they didn't have perfect pronunciation?

(Btw, i love it when people say pronOUNCiation)

I spasmed with laughter at the middle guy's second attempt of Regis Philmin. I accidentally clicked 'pause', and it took me like another minute to calm down enough to hit play again. Awesome.
