Was anyone else waiting for the train to stop suddenly and the guy lose a few teeth on impact?

The train or tram (it looks more like a tram) can't really stop suddenly and by the end it did stop and the guy seemed in no real danger there. I guess what could kill him is loosing control at high speed.
