Sketch-a-move is a concept for a toy car that allows you to explore the unique relationships between small surface doodles and actual physical movements. If you draw a circle on the top of the toy car, it will move in a circle. If you draw a complicated spiral, the car will move in a spiral. This idea opened up fascinating play possibilities and showed how not only children, but even adults could spend hours playing with it. In collaboration with Louise Klinker: lwk.dk

Heh. Yeah, I'm not 100% on this one either, to be honest with you. But if anyone else has any other info on this, I'd love to see it! www.lwk.dk seems to be on the up and up, and lists a good number of accolades, but it is all hearsay. They've been written up on Engadget and such, but it still seems to be based off of this video 4 years ago. Perhaps they know more about the inventors than I would, and they must not have ever gone to production, as far as I know. They do claim that it was a concept for Mattel's Hot Wheels.

Ah come on guys, what kid wouldn't want one of these, I can easily see them on Demo at one of those Mall kiosks selling for 9.95 each! You know it's a rip off but what the kids want, you buy, even if it only works for a day or two - then it ends up in the dirt outside and life goes on...
