charliemsays...That was the best video Ive seen on here in a long long long time.
Despite the accent, that lawyer is SPOT on.
Media hyping high profile cases and prejudicing the population one way or the other is stepping over the bounds of what the press is supposed to do. This reporter just could not get that through her thick skull.
"Why are you defending the indefensible ?"
"Why are you defending this man ? "
"Some people believe he is guilty, why are you defending him ?"
....my GOD, the sheer ignorance.
It is not for the press, nor the public to decide whether a man is guilty or not, or if he is to even receive a fair trial, that is what our court system is for, and to put your foot into that arena and claim any kind of moral high ground, asserting that you have a judicial right to bring "public opinion" into a court case like that is TOTALLY unprofessional.
HUGE respect for the lawyer.
gwiz665says...This is great. He is a good lawyer, a good person and absolutely right.
budzossays...ARRRRGH I HATE PEOPLE SOMETIMES THIS FUCKING BINT IS SO THICK. FUCKING MEDIA
MaxWildersays...She can't figure out the difference between "defending a person's actions" and "defending a person in court". They are quite different, and she has no place interviewing him without that understanding.
