Tolwynsays...I just screw most of them up.
TheFreaksays...That's the nice thing about seconds, if you screw one up, you can try again on the next one.

PlayhousePalsjokingly says...I'm glad HE did the math
PlayhousePalssays...*love [or missed opportunity?]
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Love) - requested by PlayhousePals.
Fletchsays...tick...tick...tick...
xxovercastxxsays...Beautiful but frustrating.
There's a reason it jumps straight from the handshake to a relationship without showing what comes in between and that's because there's nothing to put there. This doesn't happen in real life. A second is not enough time to build a relationship with a total stranger. Neither is 10 seconds, 30 seconds or even 5 minutes.
In real life, they say hello, exchange pleasantries and then leave with their pastries, never to see each other ever again.
Gutspillersays...He spent a lifetime making this video with that girl, then never ask her out.
oritteroposays...How long does it take to say hello? The conversation that the hello starts would take a lot longer than a second, but every conversation has to start somewhere.
They might exchange pleasantries and leave anyway, or they might chat for a while, discover they like each other, swap contact information and make arrangements to meet another day.

xxovercastxxsays...I've never once seen it happen in my 34 years. In fact, it's pretty rare that a hello even becomes a conversation (beyond pleasantries).
It's different if you're at a party or some other social event where everyone is going to be hanging around for a while. A stranger in a shop who just stopped in to get a bagel? Forget it. They've got somewhere else to be.

oritteroposays...I haven't seen it either. Come to think of it, I haven't witnessed the start of many relationships at other statistically more likely locations either, but a little research (google "where did you meet your partner statistics") suggests that it does happen.
