I agree - Dune is ace! One of the Sci-Fi classics from my childhood.

When we were younger my brother and I would always hold the other one down and say the "A little spittle..." line as we goobed in the others face. Thank you David Lynch!

I wonder what it's made to this point. Sure it cost 45mil but only made like 20mil in the box office, but since then? VHS, rentals, DVD, Blu-ray, digital, TV? That shit has to add up after a few decades.

Count me in for Dune as a great movie.

Filmmaking... it's a special kind of wonderful hell. Funny thing is, it's easy to get the impression that actors have it easy, considering they at least don't have to go through the whole post-production and editing process, but I honestly don't know how they do what they do and remain even the slightest bit sane. It's a brutal profession and I don't envy them the least bit. Yet there they are, all smiles.

I also like Dune very much. One of the great sci-fi classics for me.

And Sean Young in that tight fitting still suit? Upvote!
