"CLOSE YOUR EYES AND LOOK".

Imagination sets us free. It is one of those phrases that we cannot fully understand until we test its veracity on our skin. We understood this at the most difficult moment, but now the difficulty lies in not forgetting what we have learned.

This video is a gift to the city, to all of us, to remind us of what it was. We rediscovered ourselves close in the distance, strong in sacrifice and courageous in fear. Close your eyes and see, listen to the sound of silence. Dream big and leave your imagination alive because alive is who knows how to imagine!

The sound of the horse at the end is the point of the whole video: Siena is famous for an absolutely batshit horse race held in the main square every year. The practice dates back to the Middle Ages and brings people from all over the world to witness it:

This year, the race was not run. The last time this happened was in 1944 due to World War 2.
