Russian volunteer to have world's 1st head transplant

The first ever human head transplant expected to be carried out in China in 2017. It will take 36 hours and will cost $11mln. The patient is a Russian computer scientist suffering from rare genetic disease. His head will then be attached to the donor's body with a biological glue.

Most 'spare parts' in China come from the political prisons the prisoners are executed for their crimes and harvested for parts.

Why else would this operation happen in China?
