I love the YouMail app on my phone, it gets most of them. The big problem as JO said is spoofing, esp calls that look like they are from you area code and exchange. Needs to be made 100% illegal now and phone companies to disable spoofing.

And yeah "con man, scumbag and shit weasel" are truly accurate descriptions of Trump lol.

At the very least, the FCC should make spoofing phone numbers illegal. Or if the FCC won't do it, then Congress should pass a law making it a criminal act.
