Reefiesays...The original Robocop film was awesome, very surprised how different the new version looks - he looks more like a guy in a costume than a robotic cyborg. They could really do with a narrow visor across the eyes like the original just to give us some familiarity. Not sure what to make of this reboot yet other than the new look is awful!
probiesays...I don't see anyone topping Kurtwood Smith as Clarence Boddicker, if that character makes a return. Wasn't interested in this; after this video, even more so.
shuacsays...Looks action-packed, Pee-Wee!
sixshotsays...ugh... when will they stop ruining the classics? The reason why Robocop was a success in the first place was because he was big, robotic, and menacing. He moved like a machine too.
I see this clip and all I see is something that looked like Iron Man.
Who's the prick to greenlight this movie?
antsays...Ugh on this version.

You might not realize this but when they do a remake/reboot, they actually don't touch a single frame of the original film. Not even a little. Also, they do not enter people's homes, confiscate DVDs, and replace them with remakes.
I see this weird argument all the time, especially lately, about remakes "ruining" the originals somehow and it's always kind of baffled me. But I can deal with a little bafflement.
