Raw Video: Officer Punches Handcuffed Man

Ray Calderon, handcuffed behind his back and belted into the back seat, swears and lightly kicks the car window as he says he needs to urinate. Krause opens the door and smashes Calderon several times in the face with a closed fist.

The officer wanted to teach him a lesson about obedience. The statist apologist would point out that the officer was justified (though maybe excessive) because otherwise the man might've broken the window out, thus proving it is about obedience more than anything else.

I watched and watched. All the while this guy seemed like he had it coming. Putting his foot on the window of the squad car and apparently talking trash. And then it happened. They beat down that I knew was coming, and had already decided he deserved. But while it was happening I couldn't help but change my mind. Sure the guy deserved an ass-whoopin'. But while unable to fight back, and from an officer of the law hitting him repeatedly, I can't justify what just happened.

What a cock! Hitting a man that can't hit back by any means - he doesn't deserve the badge he's wearing, and he doesn't deserve the freedoms his state provide him. 18 months in prison is too good for him.
