He has some regrets. No, starting the war in Iraq in order to find non-existent WMDs is not one of those things.

He doesn't regret keeping men locked up at Guantanamo without charges or proof of their crimes, either.

I really cannot bring myself to beleive he is capable of conveying anything more 'artfully' than he actually ever did...
