BSRPortal has it's own puzzle maker that comes with the game.

Drachen_Jagersays...Yeah, but I assume that's a version of Worldcraft, since they bought Worldcraft for HL1 from Ben Morris and brought him down to program it to suit their needs.
AFAIK it was the tool they used for HL2 and Portal as well, though it might have had a different name.
Portal has it's own puzzle maker that comes with the game.
