Hi DarkenRahl, I'd say no - there are only very minor location reveals from the first few hours of gameplay. All the voiceovers have been replaced for the purposes of the parody. However, if you're trying to distance yourself from everything Portal 2 until you beat it I'd say you'll probably appreciate it more after you've played through the game.
