Police have no CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY to protect YOU!

Uploaded on Sep 13, 2008

From The Movie "In Search Of The Second Amendment."What you have to understand is that they are not here to protect you or anyone else but themselves. That is why if someone steals your property(Car,Money,Etc..)You can't sue them because they failed to protect it-THEY OWE YOU NO DUTY!!That is why you can't find the WORD Police anywhere in the Constitution.Look at 911- The "Constitution" says they are here to protect us and our Rights-yet they come right out and say "we can't be sued for 911" because they don't have a duty to protect.Plain and simple folks, we have been hoodwinked one more time.

I don't know about a mandate, but cops do protect and serve as much as possible.

Cops, every day, get between bad people and good people. Every day they help people, assist those who can't help themselves, take reports, render first aid, raise money for the destitute, listen to the lamentations of those who are aggrieved, put up with gross stupidity, etc etc etc.
every fucking day

Now's here is a much more typical police duty:

I am thank full for what you do daily. But this does bring up an interesting topic.

When the police get shit on by the media for white cop / black citizen and a shit storm occurs, this could justify those officers not to assist in those communities with legal standing. That is great knowledge to have.

D'aw, you crazy racist asshole, you.

You were sooo close to being a decent human being..

We could have had a friendly philosophical discussion about the role of government & law enforcement..

But of course.. the racism-cat couldn't stay away.

Way to "make everything about race".

Wait, you told me I was racist for doing that.

Does that mean you'll admit to being at least a little bit racist, now?

You know, so you'll be logically consistent. No?

I don't understand something and this is an honest question, but who ever thought the police had anything to do with the constitution? Is this satire?

GenjiKilpatricksays...

The same people that claim that cops are always "protecting and serving"..

even when they're murdering innocent people because they're too chickenshit to face the risk inherent in their chosen profession.

"Shoot first, shoot some more, then beat & taze them for good measure.. then ask.. wait, what were we supposed to be doing?"

yeah...none of those people had it coming...just cops randomly choosing people, mostly based on their skin color...

dude, what size blinders are you wearing?

GenjiKilpatricksays...

Hah, "had it coming"?

Do you jerks consult with Jesus and the Grim Reaper before murdering unarmed, no-threatening citizens?

The worst type of person is the type that can't admit when they are WRONG.

Have you ever seen the movie Judge Dredd? You would LOVE that movie.

"Joseph Dredd is an American law enforcement officer in the dystopian future city of Mega-City One.

He is a "street judge", empowered to summarily arrest, convict, sentence, and execute criminals."

I was just using this as a recent example. I am sure there are many examples but Ferguson and Baltimore are all very recent and public.

Your poking the stick into the hornets nest.

Sometimes it needs poked.

cops occasionally make mistakes which cost lives, so do air traffic controllers

but the vast majority of people who are killed by cops brought it right on themselves

if you'd like, I would be happy to post example after example

GenjiKilpatricksays...

Here we go with generalizations again.

Let's completely forget the Air Traffic Controller comparison because it's just plain stupid.

Secondly, you've confirmed that cops can and will lie whenever they need to.

The number of "justifiable homicides" is skewed because cops will lie and plant evidence.
e.g. Walter Scott video shows the cop planting his tazer.

(well at least three cops- your buddy, you and slager)

We'll never truly know how many cases like this are covered-up.

So we'll never know how many victims truly "had it coming".

Thirdly, there's a complete difference between a "slip & catch error"..

And "accidentally" choking Eric Garner to death..

Or "accidentally" severing Freddie Grey's spine..

Or "accidentally" shooting Akai Gurley to death in a darkened stairwell that you were NEVER supposed to be in the fucking first place..

Those were NOT "mistakes", they were pure negligence and incompetence.. Full Stop.

Those "occasions" weren't few and far between.. they're monthly, weekly, if not DAILY occurrences.

If you don't like when society labels all LEOs as Bad Cops..

Stop making generalization, Lantern.

Because if anyone on here said:

"the vast major of police & soldiers who get killed had it coming"

You would flip your shit.

Seriously, I'm trying to be civil with you now.

But you keep saying crazy insensitive sociopathic shit.

lantern53says...

One thing at a time.

Eric Garner did not choke to death. He was choked. It did not kill him.

Garner died because his body was stressed from resisting arrest and his pre-existing conditon caused a failure.

If he had not resisted arrest, he would still be alive.

Try to stay on topic.
