They're Belgian, speaking Flemish, and are both semi-celebrities, the blond one an ex Miss Belgium. The blond girl tells the brunette not to think about it too much and just release her legs, which the brunette does but forgetting to hold on to the pole with her arms. The Dutch think that most Belgians are stupid. The Belgians think that this clip is staged.
