This is -- without a doubt -- the best opening shot of all time. I saw this film as a teenager, and it completely changed the way I look at cinema. It's no exaggeration to say that this film essentially made me who I am today.

I should note that I've been wanting to submit this scene pretty much since I joined, but this is the first time I've been able to find it. It'll probably be dead soon, so get it while it's hot!

Let's not forget that this was adapted from an amazing book.

I didn't like the movie at all and I saw it like a decade ago. I didn't like its violences, nudities, and didn't find it funny (never chuckled at any of the scenes).

This video has been flagged as being Not Suitable For Work - declared nsfw by ant.

Doesn't seem to play for me. Is it region locked?

It shouldn't be... it's playing for me, and I'm in Canada.

Playing in USA. Awesome. Never seen, but now must.
