Obamacare vs. Affordable Care Act: The Second Opinion

Back in 2013 we conducted an experiment on our show. We went out on the street and asked people which was better: Obamacare or the Affordable Care Act. Obamacare is of course just a nickname for the Affordable Care Act. They're the same thing. So with all the attention now on this subject, we decided to ask this question again to see if Americans have learned anything over the last three years.

You know, back when Obama first decided to embrace the republican label"Obamacare", I thought it was a clever bit of political jiu jitsu.

But, now I can see that republicans knew that identity politics is something everyone can grasp. It's like the secret to their success is that they never underestimate the pettiness of the average voter.

It's a consequence of people being idiots and are too damn lazy to be informed. Even most people who are "informed" are only done so ideologically.
