A successful drug war would be self-defeating for the DEA, who rely on drugs to exist and persist.

Does state law rule over Fed Law? Can't you sue the County and County Sheriff for not protecting you stuff?

My former roommate had a degree from Oaksterdam University. (And yes, he had access to some great -- medical grade & vaporized -- weed of many 'flavors', kinds, and varieties.)

I still laugh, to this day, when I think about sampling some of his "product," and looking at his degree (which I insisted he frame and mount on our living room wall) and noticing that it read, verbatim, the following:

"This degree certifies that [Name Witheld] has satisfied all of the requirements for staring a business..."

You read that correctly.. staring a business. I thought it was the funniest thing. An unfortunate typo on his degree from Oaksterdam. Still makes me laugh!

If you like state freedom and weed DO NOT vote for Obama. I don't care how much of a Liberal you think you are...STAY HOME and let him lose.

By the way...it is most hilariously ironic that raiding weed dispensaries is considered "Conservative". I don't know how that happened but America twisted the idea of Conservativatism to the point nobody recognizes it anymore.
