Having finally read Frank Miller's graphic novel upon which this is based, I gotta say this is gonna be something great.

For as badass as the graphic novel was, and as awesome as this looks, the movie better be amazing or I will cry.

It's hard to believe the guy playing Leonidas is the same dude I was forced to sit and watch as The Phantom in the film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera.

From pretty-boy wuss to bad ass Spartan in a few movies. The guy should get his agent something very nice for Christmas.

I don't know how they will handle the laconic dialogue of Frank Miller's 300. It really depends on the actors. And that will ultimately make or break the movie.

This looks like a great video game! I can't wait to play it.

This has to be, hands down, the best movie obviously shot and acted in front of a green screen we've seen in a LONG time. It harkens back to the glory days of "Attack of the Clones" and "Sin City". I get chills when I see the actors obviously acting in front a green screen with obviously CGI created characters in the background.

I almost faint with joy when I see them using elephants and rhinos in the battle...even though there's no historical basis that the Persians used either in the battle of Thermopylae. But it goes to show the dedication the producers have in bringing to the audience the BEST obviously computer generated creatures made in the last 6 months!

I can't WAIT to download this as a shaky-cam telesynced movie and watch it in glorious 320x240 resolution in the corner of my computer screen...as it was meant to be!

Someone's jaded, but I'd have to agree, but am just glad it's not Uwe Boll directing. Yes I lowered my expectations that much.

Omfg, can't wait to see this. But the NIN-song is even better that the trailer.

Totally agreed, pragmatick! I was so pumped that Nails got used for a major film trailer. Makes me like the song just that little bit more too
