legacy0100says...Peter Pan as an action movie with sex and violence??? lol wow Hollywood.
DerHasisttotsays...Eff you Hollywood. This is just idiotic. The only thing this has in common with Peter Pan are the names.
Edit: Why I'm angry: There was no need for a prequel by anyone. All this does is destroy the imagination of little children who read Peter Pan and imagine what came before for themselves. Imho, this prequel destroys a major goal of the original, rousing the imagination of children.
MaxWildersays...You know, I never even thought about it as a child. I just kinda figured it was supposed to "always be that way". Which I thought was kinda dumb. Maybe as a child you invented better back stories for characters in your favorite stories. Good for you.
There's nobody saying you have to show this to children. It's kind of adult oriented, by the looks of it.

because this ones target audience is obviously children
i for one thinks this looks badass
Huntersays...There's a series of books that were started in 2004 as prequels to the Peter Pan story. Dark and imaginative to say the least. This movie looks to bear no common writers or plot, but I will love to see this one play out.
