Sagemindsays...What I DID see, is that they clearly didn't need to Taser him - nevermind the punching...
I think what is needed, is a retraining in general, on how to defuse a situation and bring a confrontation to close through a peaceable means.
True, we never saw what preceeded, but those officers didn't look like they were in harm's way or any danger, so the phaser should not have been fired!!

lucky760says...Didn't seem like brutality to me. The officer was practically breaking his arm trying to get it behind his back because he was fighting back. Were they just supposed to say, "Well, we can't get his arms behind his back. We'd better let him go." ?
