I may not agree with his philosophy, but he is a stand up guy and that kind of honesty is endearing. Where was this person when he was running for president?

Instead of just pandering to their uninformed far-right base, they should've been helping educate them and bringing them up to speed with how change in the world won't break their way of life.

McCain can't be at all bitter about their reaction, he played a part in fertalising it.
