Man ties bike to tree to catch unsuspecting would-be thieves

Some fellow from South America (?) ties a bike to a tree with a long rope and leaves it alone for a while while filming. Some guys try and steal the bike. I love his jovial attitude.

I like how the rope is positioned just right to cause maximum nut-sack damage.
