This is good. The Korean police should go on the road with this act. I prefer them to the videos that the Irainian police are putting out these days.

At the risk of sounding awfully racist, I believe all of the other guys are him as well. Maybe it's just the poor quality of the video, but I swear they are the same guy put there through video magic.
