Brilliant songwriter. I loved Cloudbusting, and one about "a sound that would kill someone" (wish I could remember the name), and Running Up That Hill.

its cool tune but her facial exspresoins kill it for me. nice song though might make a rmemix of it sometime cud do with an uplifting hard house beat. bum bum bum

The song you're thinking of it "Experiment IV" a bonus track on her best of collection "The Whole Story". Her recent album "Aerial" (her first release in 12 years) is great (much better than "The Red Shoes").

I love this song, but good lord, it's like a joke routine where she acts out every word in the song. CrushBug, I love Cloudbusting too. I had a solid crush.

You have to see this video in context. Kate was a student of Lindsey Kemp, the mime artist who also trained David Bowie. So, she was still very excited about the possibilities of using movement to express music.

But so shrill! Gives me the jibblies.
