Joe Rogan Vs. Heckler

HaricotVertsays...

Lessons learned from this clip:

1. Go see comedians you know/enjoy.
2. If you don't like the show, just leave, they already have your money. Don't sacrifice your dignity as well.
3. Don't try to make witty comments about the comedian, they probably will be wittier in response (it's their job!).

im a growing fan of joe rogan... he has impressed me with his commentary on ufc... he's full of knowledge.. which actually surprised me... one funny guy too if you like his kind of humor.

@boom: Rogan's a brown belt in BJJ under Eddie Bravo, so yeah, he generally knows his stuff, especially for grappling. I still don't like him screaming, "HE'S ROCKED" every time somebody lands any punch that isn't a jab.

IMO, Bas Rutten is by far the most amusing and interesting commentator in MMA.

@rembar: i just dont like it when i watch ufc and joe rogan isnt there and randy couter(sp?) is taking his place... randy just doesnt sound very excited when something happens during the fights... i dont mind rogan screaming because it usually livens things up and makes it more exciting, well, to me anyways...

@south: yea, i heard his comedy act isnt that great... i heard he picks fun at dane cook and other comedians... i guess to get more attention... i say dont quit your day job as one of the famous faces behind the camera of ufc...

Imo, the Man Show was nothing special to begin with but certainly much worse without Corola + Kimmel. Also, people like Dane Cook are deserving of such scathing scrutiny...being a joke-thief hack and all. He has a rep for stealing material. Not in the free-form borrowing of ideas that's commonly accepted among most comedians but direct, almost word for word plagiarism. I liked him until I did some research, now, ehh not so much. Rogan loves to put joke-thieves on the spot. Another famous target of his is Carlos Mencia, aka Ned (wtf?) Holness. Great vid. =)
