Shouldn't the US be calling it "Offense" Spending?

What definition of "bankrupt" is he using? Perhaps the current course is unsustainable, but "bankrupt" seems a bit inaccurate.

I wonder why they didn't mention tax cuts?

if the USA had a normal amount of debt, where's the profit in that?
