That's funny as hell.

It was a betting game on http://www.jra-jwc.jp/ .. You'd win or lose tickets based on the randomized result of the race. I used to play this with my (then) 3 year old all the time who loved it. His favorite was the turtle. Unfortunately, it looks like all the playable links are down. (vol1, vol2, vol3, and win5 were the ones we played)
