We all react to Trump the same way....he's a herpes sore covered meth head screaming incoherently on the street corner.
At least some Republicans are coming around to admit reality, but many are still so in love with him they simply cannot admit that to themselves and continue to kiss his festering balloon knot. They all have his puss on their lips, don't let them forget it.

Why is it every other country in the world when listening to Trump reacts with this WTF face every few sentences, but half of Americans seem to think he's a rational, intelligent adult?

I have a gripe with translators for how they often make Trump more coherent than he really is. This lady likely produced actual complete Italian sentences that made sense and attributed them to Trump. If she submitted the alphabet soup that Trump spews she would lose her job for mocking him.
