How to make a Big Mac clone; tastier and probably healthier

the guy is a little annoyingly obnoxious but, once you get passed that, it looks like a damn good burger.

I despise Big Macs, but it's 2:30 and I haven't had lunch... damn that made me hungry.

Okay, I'm back. Just had a fantastic chicken burger with bacon, fried onions and provolone at Vera's Burgers on Main. I highly recommend it to Vancouver's Olympic visitors. http://www.verasburgershack.com/

Better than any McDonalds burger, either at the restaurant or simulated at home, though they're only the second best burger in the city.

I would disagree that its bland, unless you think all hamburgers are bland. This has everything a normal hamburger has, its just substituting a mayo spread instead of ketchup/mustard, which some people do anyway.>> ^K0MMIE:
It takes real dedication to recreate something so bland.

Here is my ideal homemade burger: In a mixing bowl, mix ground beef, onions, peppers, garlic salt, pepper, Worchester sauce, tabasco sauce, shredded cheese and ketchup. Form into patties and cook. Fry some sourdough bread in a pan with butter, garlic and parmessian cheese. Put the meat on the bread with whatever veggies you like and then eat it.

PSA: Don't touch everything in your kitchen after handling raw meat, ground beef especially. Unless you like leaking out of both ends of your body at the same time, that is dumb.
