Former FBI interrogator Jack Cloonan explains how to make a terrorist cry. Not what most people might think.

His speech pattern is a bit weird as well.

"Did I ever put a member of al qaeda in floaties and send them down a water slide into the rio grande on a tuesday during a full moon while dressed as a chicken and doing a navajo rain dance? of course"

He can only say things by asking himself questions first.

Also I'm a bit concerned about the family connections. I read of another person who was falsely imprisoned and he said the American interrogators threatened to go after his family members if he did not tell them what they wanted. So when this interviewee offering to help family members, was that to keep them safe from the bad cop who was interviewing them before?

Question talker or not I thought that was really good. Is it from Taxi to the Dark Side?

No, I don't believe so. This interview was done for Foreign Policy magazine. However Jack Cloonan is in the Oscar winning movie Taxi To The Dark Side, which I have yet to see unfortunately.

He features the 'tough nut to crack' at the end but I don't see any proof that that is how it happens or that he really did it in that way. I really wish it were that easy. If only we could appeal to them in this way we could solve the problems of the world. Call=BS.

Did you miss the part where he said this was a year into his incarceration? Were they supposed to video tape every session over that year and youtube them?

yes and yes.

This is not a religious war. It is framed that way for our benefit (of controlling our perception).

This is a war of regional control. Not "stabilization" or jarhead horseshit like that.

The USA doesn't give a shit about how many Iraqi's or Afgan's they kill. This is about, obviously, who controls and profits from the oil, and the routes of export.

Our government is still doing business with “Al Qaeda.”
