A street light goes out at a busy Russian intersection causing total gridlock. In steps our pedestrian hero to sort the mess out until the police can arrive.

On the way to work I saw the guy from the local corner shop directing traffic at the intersection outside his shop. He was still doing it when I went past on the way home... #cameronsbritain

This problem is supposed to sort out itself. If the light's out you don't blow through, you treat it like an all-way stop sign
