eric3579says...As someone who once made a business(not legit) of buying and selling cars on the down low, id say make sure the name on the title matches the seller. If not be suspicious.
Also i don't think this video is all that serious and maybe see it as comedyish.

Unless you're a mechanic, or at least experienced enough to be one, don't bother getting under the car you won't know what you're looking at.
I noticed the tires, they were BROKEN. Those cracks in the tread means it's starting to rot. Been out in the sun too much. They aren't dangerous yet, but you'll be replacing them within a year.
That had so little, useful information in it...
